Delivery & Installation

How delivery works

Every Noble Comfort bed comes with free delivery across mainland UK. This is not a doorstep drop — our two-person delivery team brings your bed to the room of your choice, assembles it completely, and removes all packaging.

What to expect

Before delivery

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a delivery date that suits you. We offer morning and afternoon slots, and we will always call 30 minutes before arrival.

On the day

Our delivery team will:

  • Bring all components to your chosen room
  • Assemble the bed base fully
  • Connect the power supply
  • Test all motor functions and presets
  • Walk you through the remote control (and app, if applicable)
  • Remove all packaging and leave your room clean

Allow approximately 30–45 minutes for standard models and up to 60 minutes for the Luxe Split.

After delivery

Your 100-night trial begins the day of delivery. If you have any questions during setup or in the following days, our team is a phone call away.

Delivery areas

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses free of charge. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and offshore islands may carry a small surcharge — please contact us for a quote.

Delivery timeframes

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 working days. During busy periods, this may extend to 14 working days. We will always confirm your expected delivery window when booking.

Preparing for delivery

  • Ensure clear access from your front door to the room — hallways, stairs, doorways
  • The bed base arrives in 2–3 boxes, the largest approximately 140cm × 60cm × 30cm
  • Remove your existing bed base beforehand if replacing (we do not offer removal of old furniture)
  • A power socket within 2 metres of the bed position is required

Frequently asked questions

Is delivery really free?
Yes, completely free on all orders to mainland UK. No minimum spend, no hidden charges.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes. Our team contacts you to book a date and time slot that works for you. We accommodate most requests within the delivery window.
Do your team remove old furniture?
We do not currently offer removal of existing beds. We recommend arranging this before your delivery date.
What if my bed arrives damaged?
In the rare event of transit damage, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement delivery at no cost.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes. Contact us at least 48 hours before your booked slot and we will rearrange at no charge.
